NOTICE OF NON-CONSENT FOR SMART METER INSTALLATION – NOTICE OF LIABILITY
This notice is sent to you to advise you and all other parties that you are denied consent to install and/or use any and all ‘Smart Meters’ or ‘Smart Ready Meters’ at my residence. This includes meters that can be wirelessly enabled at a later stage, any meter that can transmit household consumption through a wireless network or any two-way automatic communication system using radiofrequency transmitters/sims/Bluetooth etc.
Independent scientific research has clearly demonstrated that the use of pulsed radiofrequency microwaves for wireless devices such as ‘smart meters’ is detrimental to health. A summary of these health effects is included in the BioInitiative Report 2007 (updated 2014), which includes 3,800 peer reviewed research papers from independent scientists.
The World Health Organisation classified all radiofrequency (RF) as a Class 2B ‘possible’ carcinogen in 2011.
RF microwaves are also an endangerment to animals, insects and plants. Besides being reported as a fire hazard on a worldwide bases, ‘smart’ meters can also be ‘hacked’.
I deny consent for these reasons and basically to protect the health and privacy of my family and community, all humans, animals, plants, insects and the environment.
I am exercising my lawful right to forbid, refuse and deny consent for the installation and use of any wireless enabled meter that can monitor, survey personal data about my family/residence without my consent.
Any attempt to install such devices on my residence will constitute trespass and endangerment to health and well-being and a threat to privacy and security.
I reserve the right to amend this notice at any time. I reserve the right to amend this notice and complaint at any time, this is not a complete list of concerns since this technology is new and new information is being found every day. Concerns listed here are not in any particular order.Please file my denial of consent in your records and ensure your installers are informed.
All persons, government agencies and private organizations responsible for installing or operating monitoring devices directed at or recording my activities, which I have not specifically authorized in writing, will be fully liable for any violations, intrusions, harm or negative consequences caused or made possible by those devices
