The Minister for Housing and Planning, Eoghan Murphy is proposing a new Bill which will essentially restrict citizens’ and environmental NGO’s ability to legally challenge planning applications and developments.

This Bill will have serious consequences for the fight against mobile phone masts and antennae, including 5G.
